Australia could power the country 500 times over with our renewable energy resources. If we also push for 50% renewable energy by 2030 it will create 28,000 jobs. "Better for our health. Better for our economy. Better for our country. Want a new job. Want a new future. Let’s renew our point of view."
Our brief was to create a film to bring attention to the commissioned report from the Climate Council. The report responds to the renewable energy job opportunity in Australia and the importance of the industry to our climate and our economy.
Our Solution began by digesting the report and understanding what the audience needs to know today. Devising a script that would educate the audience about from the current situation and introduce the possibility of being 50% renewable by 2030.
Our Outcome was a film that educated as well as campaigned for a much needed renewable energy industry. We used a light hearted approach and a vibrant colour palette to capture the audience’s attention and keep them watching. It was also used in broadcast media to support the report as it was released to the public.
