Our relationship with the Virgin Media brand and its numerous divisions has been continuing for approx 5 years. Working with our friends Taylor Made Media we have brought to life over 30 films, covering stake holder engagement to internal communications as well as external customer campaigns. Each film has a unique function and by utilising different techniques each creative approach fits beneath the Virgin Media overarching brand.
Overview
Our brief has always been to communicate to their internal staff or external customers. Wether it be internal changes and educational pieces or bringing attention to new features and products released. Virgin media is such a large organisation its constantly evolving because of advancements in technology and taking advantage of the opportunities it brings. Change has become an integral part of their business and is always needed to be communicated clearly with personality.
Our Solution was to work directly with Taylor Made Media in script development and stake holder communication to insure in insuring all aspects of the brief are covered for the client. We would then develop creative direction and explore the style and function of each individual film. Always communicating with the client we addressed the different stages of the project from storyboarding, asset building, animation, editing, grading, all the way to output and positioning.
Our Outcome was highly successful and our relationship with Virgin continues to grow as we keep collaborating on projects. 😃 What else can you ask for?

Introducing the new KIDS app for Virgin Media! You can be relax in knowing your kids will be safe and happy exploring all the apps entertainment and educational features. We brought friendly avatars to life and allowed Space Monkey' to show us around. They sure are cheeky little characters.
SIM Swap
3.1 Million Virgin Media customers needed to swap their SIM because of network changes for the future. It was our job to communicate this change as clearly as possible, always keeping the brands tone of voice. This is one of a series of films that helped educate people on the exact subject.
Stake Holder Goals
The future is full of possibilities for Virgin Media and their achievable goals. We created this little film to highlight the Stake Holder Goals' for the business and what Virgin Media are doing in the coming years with their 5 point plan.
New Developments Explained
New technology advancements require new terminology and guidelines for people to understand. We have created multiple internal films over the years to educate Virgin Media staff about these new changes.
